This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions and purchases made through Paper2Pod, operated by DGP R&D. By purchasing a subscription or service, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Subscription Refunds

We offer refunds for annual subscriptions under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the initial purchase date.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing time for refunds may take 5-10 business days after approval.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions that have been active for more than 30 days.
  • Free tier services and features.
  • Any usage of the service during the subscription period (podcasts generated).

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request
  • Transaction ID or receipt (if available)

5. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. The refunded amount will appear in your account according to your payment provider's processing time.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your paid period. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
